Branding Files
Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.
Designs
Tech packs or if you don't have them, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.
Artwork Files
Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated .
Sizing
A size chart of garment measurements for each design. Do note that body measurements can’t be used.
What You Need To Know?

Typically we see clients requiring anywhere from $10,000 for a t-shirt collection of 1-1.5k pcs to $20,000 for a womenswear/menswear collection of 1500-2000 pieces.
The minimum order requirements are 80 – 100 pieces per COLOUR for 1 DESIGN From our running production colours and designs. in this case the Spec and Garment styling can be yours!
The minimum order requirements are 800-1000 pieces per colour if it is a Made to order Fabric/Print.
It usually take 1-2 months to be completed using stock fabric and 2.5-3 months for Made To Order fabrics.
Leads time are calculated on estimated from the date we Receive the PO to the completion of production.
We offer different delivery options to suit your budget or requirement.
We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS and & trusted freight forwarders to ship your orders by either air or sea freight.
For orders weighing above 100kg/500 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries.
Do note that delivery time varies by delivery location and sea freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
We are not able to make the following types of clothing:

After submitting your enquiry, we will discuss about your project requirements and send you an order form link to submit your designs.
DESIGN SUBMISSION
Once we receive your submission, we will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project.
2-3 weeks
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Don’t have a tech pack? No problem—we can draft and design one for you. The techpack will contain technical information, details and instructions that will be relayed to the factories for manufacturing your garments.
1-2 week
SOURCING
After the price estimate is accepted, we will require you to send us samples for fitting and sizing references. We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will send them to you for selection.
5-6 weeks
CREATION OF SAMPLES
While the sourcing is underway, our in-house design team will help to finalise your details and develop tech packs for your designs. We will send these tech packs to you for your confirmation before starting on the samples. Do note that as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of sample to get all the details right and ready for bulk production.
6-8 weeks
BULK PRODUCTION
Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on bulk production after we received your approved samples and downpayment.
2-3 days
QUALITY CHECKS & CONTROL
When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure there are no issues. We will mend pieces and correct any issues before the products are sent to the packaging department.
2-3 days excluding delivery time
PACKING & SHIPPING
We’ve come to the final part! In this leg, we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.
